Job summary

Dover Networks LLC is seeking a hybrid Analyst/Developer to drive mission-critical AI initiatives. You will design agentic Python automations, deploy LLM-powered workflows, and conduct vulnerability research across the development lifecycle from concept to deployment.

You will also document new tradecraft, manage strategic customer outreach, and collaborate with teams to optimize tooling, integration through APIs, and operational processes using Git, Jira, and Confluence.

Qualifications

• Deep experience leveraging LLMs to solve complex problems and optimize models.
• Proven ability to integrate AI into automated pipelines and production workflows.
• Strong Python experience and data manipulation skills.
• Familiarity with end-to-end SIGINT collection and analysis systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy agentic AI workflows using autonomous planning and tool-use.
• Develop and maintain automated Python workflows and pipelines.
• Perform vulnerability analysis and document tradecraft.
