Job summary

Cerebras Systems seeks an AI and Automation Engineer to architect, build and operate secure AI solutions and enterprise automations for Finance, Operations and Business Systems. You will translate enterprise requirements into reliable agents, apps and workflows while delivering production-ready services.

The role combines solution architecture with hands-on engineering, strong production ownership and disciplined delivery through Scrum and Agile practices.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in software, platform, integration, solution engineering or related technical roles.
• Strong Python and TypeScript/JavaScript skills with API/service development experience.
• Hands-on production AI systems using agents, tools, retrieval and monitoring.
• Practical experience with leading LLM platforms and agent frameworks (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, LangChain, Semantic Kernel).
• Experience designing integrations with enterprise platforms and authentication mechanisms.
• Ability to translate complex enterprise requirements into reliable AI solutions.
• Experience working in Scrum/Agile teams and delivering iteratively.
• Knowledge of finance, accounting or enterprise process contexts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• AI solution architecture and engineering: design, build, test, deploy and support production AI agents and enterprise apps.
• Create reusable patterns for agents, tools, APIs, prompts and workflows.
• Secure connections between AI services and enterprise platforms (NetSuite, etc.).
• Build reliable integrations using APIs, webhooks, SFTP and enterprise platforms.
• Own operational requirements including security, access reviews, monitoring and recovery.
• Evaluate models and frameworks for production readiness and cost.
• Collaborate with Finance, IT and Security to translate requirements into controlled solutions.
• Deliver Scrum-based work with clear scope, estimates, and acceptance criteria.
