Job summary

RRD is seeking a Technical Lead for the AiVA engagements to own architectural patterns, integration approaches, and the technical quality of AI-driven workflows. You will guide AI Workflow Engineers, coordinate with platform engineering, and ensure secure, scalable solutions for client projects.

The role requires leading complex technical engagements across geographies, with a focus on architectural clarity, risk management, and hands-off orchestration rather than building everything yourself.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of software engineering, cloud architecture, or enterprise integration experience.
• Experience leading complex technical architecture on client-facing delivery engagements.
• Experience with AI or automation platforms at enterprise scale; familiarity with LLM APIs and orchestration.

Responsibilities

• Define architectural pattern for engagements: decomposition, data flow, integration approach, and deployment model.
• Review and sign off on AI Workflow Engineer builds against agreed patterns.
• Own integration architecture with client systems: authentication, data ingress, deployment, monitoring.
• Provide architectural direction and escalation resolution to ensure technical soundness.
• Mentor AI Workflow Engineers and contribute to capability development.
