Job summary

Capital Group in Charlotte seeks a Senior AI AppSec Engineer to secure AI platforms and enterprise AI deployments. You will collaborate with platform, security and risk teams to ensure scalable, secure AI adoption, using agentic tooling for code review and threat modeling.

The role requires 8+ years in information security, experience with SAST/DAST/CI/CD security, STRIDE, and programming in Python/Java/.NET. You will help develop AI security standards and incident response playbooks.

You will help enable Capital Group's AI strategy by building and/or procuring solutions to protect a diverse set of enterprise AI platforms being built and deployed at Capital Group.You'll collaborate with platform engineering, security engineering, and risk teams to ensure their solutions support scalable, secure adoption of AI.
