They’re building frontier AI models and AI agents directly into their core technology environment, delivering systems that operate in production with emphasis on accuracy, reliability and performance.

They’re seeking a senior engineer who remains hands-on while shaping architecture, standards and operating patterns to enable autonomous AI agents to function

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of hands-on software engineering experience.
• Prior technical leadership experience; formal Lead title not required.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals.
• Experience building agentic AI systems that have operated in production.
• Experience with AI agents performing substantive work within engineered constraints.
• Understanding of how autonomous systems fail and how to test, validate and safeguard output.
• Ability to write clean, production-quality code.
• Comfort across languages and frameworks (e.g., Python, .NET).

Responsibilities

• Lead projects across the agentic AI platform.
• Design and build production-grade AI agent systems.
• Define architecture, interfaces and technical direction.
• Establish evaluation, testing, validation and safeguards.
• Determine how AI-generated work is constrained and verified.
• Remove roadblocks and drive development forward.
• Influence AI and engineering roadmap.
• Help hire and develop the engineering team as it grows.
• Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders.
