Job summary

Planera is hiring a senior software engineer to build and own intelligent agent capabilities for construction scheduling, including orchestration, tools, evaluations and production reliability. This remote US role collaborates directly with the CTO to deliver robust agent systems.

You will develop LangGraph and LangChain workflows, integrate multiple LLM providers, and improve prompts while building observability and reliability into production-grade agent tooling.
