Job summary

CrowdStrike in the United States is seeking a Senior AI Agent Developer to architect, build, and scale AI platforms for the Legal Team. This role is hands-on, with broad ownership across AI architecture, platform development, model integration, and user-facing experiences.

You will collaborate with Legal, Enterprise AI, Data, Security, Privacy, and Engineering teams to move ideas from early discovery through production deployment and adoption, delivering secure, scalable AI solutions.

Qualifications

• Hands-on development with Python and production AI/ML workflows.
• Deep understanding of large language models and agent systems.
• Proven ability to design, build, and deploy AI agents.
• Experience improving decision-making and streamlining workflows with AI.
• Knowledge of AI safety, governance, and guardrails.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy production-ready AI agents for enterprise workflows.
• Prototype, test, and optimize agents for performance and cost.
• Redesign legal workflows with agents at the center.
• Share expertise and participate in AI training and governance discussions.
• Evaluate new AI capabilities and ensure long-term security and scalability.
