Job summary

Veriipro in Pennington, NJ seeks an experienced AI Agent & MCP Developer to design, build, and deploy enterprise-grade AI agents using LLMs and MCP. You will craft multi-agent architectures, integrate with Microsoft 365, and deliver secure, scalable backend services in Python.

You will lead development of RAG, memory, tool calling, and agent-to-agent communication, collaborating with stakeholders to ship production-ready AI solutions within critical enterprise workflows.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of software development or AI engineering experience.
• Expert-level Python programming for production-grade applications.
• Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, OpenAI Agents SDK, Semantic Kernel, LlamaIndex, or Haystack.
• Practical experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP), including MCP servers, clients, tools, and integrations.
• Strong understanding of LLMs, agentic workflows, multi-agent architectures, tool calling, memory, and reasoning patterns.
• Experience with REST APIs, enterprise application integration, and A2A communication frameworks.
• Knowledge of AI governance, responsible AI, security, and enterprise data protection.
• Proficiency with Git/GitHub and software development best practices.
• Familiarity with Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, and the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI agents using LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, OpenAI Agents SDK, and other frameworks.
• Implement MCP servers and clients to enable secure integration between agents, tools, APIs, and data sources.
• Build multi-agent systems for planning, reasoning, task execution, memory management, and A2A communication.
• Develop LLM-powered applications, conversational assistants, enterprise copilots, and AI-driven workflow automation.
• Integrate AI agents with enterprise apps, Microsoft 365 services, databases, and third-party APIs.
• Implement retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), contextual reasoning, tool calling, and knowledge retrieval.
• Develop and maintain scalable backend services and APIs using Python and related tech.
• Implement AI security, access controls, governance, responsible AI, and data protection mechanisms.
• Perform testing, debugging, performance optimization, deployment, and monitoring of AI apps.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and engineering teams to deliver production-ready AI solutions.
