Farm Bureau Financial Services, based in West Des Moines, IA, seeks a Senior Product Analyst to develop, enhance, and manage commercial agribusiness and property & casualty products. You will collaborate with product, underwriting, actuarial, claims, technology, and distribution teams to research market needs and implement innovative coverage solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus five or more years of property and casualty insurance experience, with emphasis in underwriting, claims or product development.
• Experience with agribusiness or farm and ranch accounts is beneficial.
• CPCU, CIC and/or AFIS designations, or progress toward completion of industry education.
• Strong writing and verbal communication skills for coverage form drafting and leadership presentations.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects and priorities, and collaborate in a team.
