Job summary

Solving IT is seeking an experienced Agile Product Management Advisor to serve as the internal voice of the customer and provide strategic direction across an Agile Release Train (ART).

This role defines system features, sets the ART vision and roadmap, identifies dependencies and risks, and ensures product priorities align with broader business objectives while advising senior management on complex initiatives.

Qualifications

• Senior-level experience in Agile product management or related leadership role.
• Experience establishing product vision, strategy, and roadmaps.
• Strong understanding of Agile Release Trains and scaled Agile delivery.
• Experience defining system features and prioritizing work across Agile teams.
• Ability to identify and manage portfolio-level risks and dependencies.
• Demonstrated success coordinating initiatives across multiple teams and functions.
• Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
• Ability to guide on complex, high-visibility initiatives.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the internal voice of the customer throughout product planning and delivery.
• Develop and communicate the vision and roadmap for the Agile Release Train.
• Define system features, priorities, and the scope of work completed by the ART.
• Participate in solution validation to ensure delivered features meet customer and business needs.
• Maintain awareness of initiatives across the broader portfolio.
• Identify and proactively manage cross-team risks, dependencies, and competing priorities.
• Coordinate work and decision-making across multiple teams and organizations.
• Provide strategic counsel and recommendations to senior and executive management.
• Deliver thought leadership and technical expertise across multiple disciplines.
• Lead complex assignments requiring advanced judgment, collaboration, and problem-solving.
• Serve as a trusted subject-matter expert for complex product management initiatives.
