Job summary
DecisionPoint | Cortek seeks an experienced Agile Delivery Lead / Scrum Master to guide Team 2 on mission applications and integrations under the ENLIST program. This remote senior role coordinates planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and delivery metrics with government stakeholders and technical teams.
The candidate will facilitate ceremonies, maintain delivery visibility, manage cross-team dependencies, and ensure readiness for demonstrations and government review.
Qualifications
- Active security clearance (Secret) required.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, software engineering, or a related field.
Responsibilities
- Lead Agile delivery activities for Team 2 supporting mission applications, interfaces, integrations, and related software capabilities.
- Facilitate sprint planning, daily coordination, backlog refinement, reviews, demonstrations, and retrospectives.
- Establish and maintain a predictable Agile cadence aligned with government priorities and schedules.
- Partner with product owners and technical leads to ensure backlog readiness for sprint planning.
- Track delivery milestones, impediments, dependencies, risks, decisions, and action items.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, cross-team partners, and external systems to support secure development and deployment.
