Excella is a distributed technology firm empowering clients to unlock new possibilities. We’re seeking Agile, Product Management, and Business Analysis leaders to shape and deliver features that meet real business needs in cross-functional teams.

You’ll define product vision, build roadmaps, and translate ideas into testable user stories while measuring outcomes with key metrics. A collaborative culture and flexible work options foster growth and leadership at Excella.

• Define, plan, and deliver end-to-end product solutions in cross-functional, agile environments.
• Write user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting artifacts for efficient development.
• Lead discovery using various research methods and collaborate on iterative design.
• Familiar with agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and backlog management.
• Able to define metrics, analyze performance, and use insights to drive decisions.
• Strong facilitation, presentation, and written communication skills.
• Balance multiple priorities across business and technical domains.
