Job summary

Charles River Associates is seeking a Senior Full Stack Agentic Developer to build and evolve a web-based AI platform that translates domain expertise into scalable, validated AI-driven workflows. This role spans React/Vite frontends, Node.js backends, Azure services, and agent runtimes.

The candidate will design product experiences, implement TypeScript/React code, extend APIs, and understand how agentic systems plan, use tools, recover from errors, and provide auditable outputs for consultants

Qualifications

• Strong TS/React frontend and Node.js backend experience.
• Experience building real-time interfaces with SSE/WebSockets.
• Hands-on with LLM-powered agentic systems and tool use.
• Experience in secure, confidential environments and enterprise settings.

Responsibilities

• Build and evolve React web app surfaces: authentication, sessions, and workspace navigation.
• Create reusable components for complex, stateful workflows and maintainability.
• Develop Express/TypeScript APIs for session orchestration and file management.
• Integrate frontend with backend services: authentication, routing, storage, and data.
• Design UX that clearly communicates agent activity and review states.
