Qualifications

• At least 3 publications as the first author appearing in top AI conferences over the last 3 years.
• PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mathematics, or Physics with AI/ML research.
• Experience with LLMs, agentic tool use, agentic memory, and agentic post-training.
• Strong publication record in AI/ML conferences and/or journals.

Responsibilities

• Research Multi-AI Agents systems.
• Build and evaluate world models for AI agents in enterprise applications.
• Train both domain-specific and general domain models.
• Improve agent performance with and without world models.
• Deliver reproducible results, aiming to publish at a top AI conference.
