Agentic AI Engineer at Experis Technology Group in Charlotte, NC will design and build agentic AI systems using LLMs, including planning, memory, and tool usage. The role requires integrating REST APIs and enterprise services to deliver end-to-end AI workflows with scalable, secure, and observable systems.

You will work with AI teams to improve agent accuracy and reliability, collaborating with business stakeholders to translate use cases into production-ready AI solutions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years hands-on development experience in software/AI
• Strong Python programming skills
• Experience with LangChain and LangGraph
• Knowledge of vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, PgVector)
• Development experience with REST APIs and microservices

Responsibilities

• Design and develop agentic AI systems using LLMs and enterprise-ready integrations.
• Build multi-step AI agents and workflows with planning, memory, and tool usage."
