Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field.
• 7-10+ years as AI engineer or distributed systems architect.
• 3-5+ years deploying LLM-powered, production systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and delivery of enterprise-grade LLM and agentic AI systems.
• Define strategy for RAG, multi-agent orchestration, and autonomous workflows.
• Design and implement agentic systems with planning, memory, tool use, and recovery.
• Architect memory-aware AI for long-running claims processes.
• Build multi-agent models coordinating analysis, validation, fraud signals, and compliance.
