You will collaborate with business stakeholders and platform teams to translate needs into production-grade systems, owning the delivery from discovery through deployment and operational readiness.

Qualifications

• Mandatory experience in software/data engineering with LLM-enabled applications.
• Ability to translate business problems into technical specifications and acceptance criteria.
• Experience delivering end-to-end enterprise AI solutions including discovery, design, development, and deployment.

Responsibilities

• Embedded Discovery and Solution Delivery: work with business users and subject-matter experts to understand workflows and outcomes.
• Translate requirements into technical specs, user stories, testable criteria, and delivery plans; build working vertical slices demonstrating business value.
• Agentic AI and LLM Application Engineering: develop bounded AI capabilities, implement structured outputs, context retrieval, and tool calling.
• Design tool contracts with clear permissions, schemas, failure behavior, and audit requirements.
• Ground AI responses in approved sources with human review, escalation, and fallback behaviors.
