Job summary

BCG Attorney Search has a Senior Affordable Housing Associate role in Boise, ID. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in affordable housing matters and a strong commitment to client service, with proven ability to manage complex transactions and coordinate with lenders, investors, and agencies.

Responsibilities include leading deal lifecycle, drafting and negotiating core documents, and advising on LIHTC, HUD programs, and state housing requirements.

Qualifications

• Six or more years of affordable housing experience.
• Proficiency in LIHTC, tax-exempt bond financings, and layered financing structures.
• Experience with multi-party, multi-deadline transactions.
• JD and active bar membership in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of affordable housing deals, including site control and due diligence.
• Draft and negotiate core deal documents such as development and partnership agreements.
• Coordinate with lenders, investors, and municipal agencies on complex transactions.
• Advise on HUD programs and state housing finance agency requirements.
• Handle preservation, resyndications, and rehabilitation projects.
