Job summary

Face Forward Aesthetics in Beavercreek, OH, is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join a thriving aesthetic practice with strong guest traffic and a supportive clinical leadership team. You will conduct comprehensive facial consultations, develop personalized treatment plans, and deliver neuromodulator and dermal filler treatments with precision.

You’ll collaborate with Medical Directors to advance outcomes and guest experience while maintaining rigorous documentation and safety

Qualifications

Master's Degree in Nursing required.
Active Ohio Nurse Practitioner license or eligibility to obtain licensure before start date.
Outstanding consultation and communication skills.
Passion for aesthetics and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive facial aesthetic consultations and develop customized treatment plans.
Deliver neuromodulator and dermal filler treatments with precision and artistry.
Perform or support laser, RF microneedling, and other advanced aesthetic procedures.
Build long-term guest relationships through education and personalized planning.
Deliver an elevated guest experience while upholding professionalism and safety.
Maintain meticulous clinical documentation, compliance, and quality control.
Collaborate with Medical Directors and leadership to advance outcomes.
