Job summary

AesthetiCare Medspa STL is seeking an experienced Aesthetic Nurse Injector (RN, NP or PA) to join our Frontenac team. This full-time role offers a compensation range of $95,000 to $150,000+ annually and provides resources for ongoing education and professional development.

You'll perform advanced aesthetic treatments, conduct detailed consultations, and build lasting patient relationships while upholding the highest standards of safety and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Current RN, NP or PA license in Missouri; NP or PA preferred, though experienced RNs are encouraged to apply.
• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on aesthetic injecting experience with an established patient/client base or demonstrated experience independently treating aesthetic patients.
• Coachable and excited to continue learning, even after becoming established in the craft.
• Collaborative, growth-minded professional contributing to patients and practice success.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced aesthetic treatments including neurotoxins, dermal fillers, laser treatments and other procedures, delivering high‑quality results.
• Conduct comprehensive consultations, develop personalized treatment plans and educate patients on services and pre-/post-care.
• Build lasting patient relationships through exceptional communication and follow-up, ensuring elevated patient experience.
• Maintain clinical safety, documentation, compliance and professionalism while collaborating with the AesthetiCare team.
