Job summary

Alive and Well Health in Dallas seeks an experienced Advanced Aesthetic Injector & Laser Provider to join our expanding aesthetics team. You’ll blend injectables with laser and energy therapies to deliver natural, long‑term results across skin quality, balance and aging.

The ideal candidate holds an active Texas medical license, has 3+ years of hands‑on injecting experience, and excels at developing comprehensive treatment plans.

Qualifications

• Active Texas license and credentials to perform aesthetic injectables.
• 3+ years of hands-on aesthetic injecting experience.
• Experience with neuromodulators and dermal fillers.
• Hands-on laser/energy-based treatments experience.
• Strong knowledge of facial anatomy and aging.
• Ability to develop comprehensive treatment plans.
• Excellent clinical judgment and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced injectable treatments including neuromodulators and fillers.
• Safely perform laser and energy-based aesthetic procedures.
• Conduct comprehensive aesthetic consultations and create personalized plans.
• Assess facial anatomy, proportions, and aging to guide treatment.
• Combine modalities for comprehensive results.
• Educate clients on options, outcomes, sequencing, and aftercare.
• Develop long-term treatment plans and client relationships.
• Collaborate with other Alive and Well providers.
