Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace is seeking a Sr Advanced Test Engineer to design, develop, integrate and sustain complex test consoles used for testing reaction wheels and control moment gyros at our Glendale site. You will lead hardware and software efforts in LabVIEW and participate in program IMS milestone delivery.

You will report to the Engineering Manager and contribute to both technical work and project management, with onsite responsibility and collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics).
• 8+ years in test engineering developing hardware and automated software solutions.
• Experience architecting test solutions for production and development environments.

Responsibilities

• Design digital and analog signal conditioning circuits for test consoles.
• Develop LabVIEW software for manufacturing test and CI management.
• Manage engineering packages through development and sustaining lifecycles.
• Develop schedules and IMS-driven milestones; identify risks and mitigate.
• Travel up to 5%.
