Qualifications

• Staff: Bachelor's degree in sciences (BS) in relevant field and 10+ years of experience in aviation development guidelines.
• Senior Staff: Bachelor's degree in sciences (BS) in relevant field and 12+ years of experience with aviation development guidelines.
• Experience using formal requirements management tools and contributing to safety analyses.

Responsibilities

• Electronic System Architecture Design for Aerospace Electronics ensuring scalability and reliability.
• Requirement Development and Management from application level to hardware/software components.
• Technical Leadership guiding cross-functional teams and managing budgets/timelines.
• Complex Problem Solving to troubleshoot and optimize critical systems.
• Technology Strategy Advisory to leadership on emerging tech and best practices.
