Qualifications

• Engineering Experience: 5+ years in software integration or systems administration.
• Bachelor’s degree in systems engineering, CS, EE or ME; equivalent education/experience accepted.
• Hands-on Linux and Windows administration.
• Experience with Git and version-control workflows.
• Experience with Rancher and Kubernetes.
• Experience developing Ansible automation and playbooks.
• Experience with software installation, integration, configuration, troubleshooting.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently with strong self-motivation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across multiple teams.
• Willingness to obtain a polygraph as required.
• Travel around 15%.
• Current Secret Clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI.

Responsibilities

• Install, integrate, configure, and deploy software releases in operational environments.
• Develop and automate deployment processes using Ansible.
• Build and troubleshoot Linux/Windows environments.
• Use Git for source code management and releases.
• Deploy containerized apps with Rancher and Kubernetes.
• Troubleshoot software, system, networking, and integration issues.
• Collaborate with Operations to resolve issues affecting systems.
• Perform installation, integration testing, configuration, and release activities.
• Maintain Ansible playbooks and deployment procedures.
• Support root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Maintain installation/configuration documentation and release procedures.
• Coordinate with Engineering and Operations for ready releases.
• Support system upgrades, maintenance, testing, and deployments.
• Travel approximately 15% for mission requirements.
