Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field (preferred).
• Minimum 6 years of manufacturing engineering experience.
• Experience with complex hardware development and/or production.
• Deep expertise in DFM/DFA, process development, tooling, and work instructions.
• Advanced GD&T capability and drawing interpretation.
• Hands-on experience solving shop-floor manufacturing problems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the industrialization of complex mechanical and electromechanical products from development through production release.
• Develop manufacturing processes, tooling, build plans, and work instructions.
• Create production systems and collaborate with Design Engineering, Quality, and Production to ensure manufacturability and scalability.
• Influence product design and establish manufacturing standards and capabilities to support growth.
