Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace in Urbana, OH is seeking an Electronic Technician - Level 3 to support design, development, testing, and maintenance of advanced aerospace electronics. You will report to the Engineering Manager and work on-site at Urbana, OH, contributing to reliability and quality of electrical systems.

Responsibilities include detailed assembly, testing, troubleshooting, interpretation of drawings, and collaboration with engineering teams to drive improvements in production and maintenance

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in electronic assembly, testing and troubleshooting in a manufacturing or aerospace environment.
• Strong knowledge of electronic circuits, components and diagnostic tools.
• Proficiency with soldering, wiring and calibration of electronic equipment to aerospace standards.
• Experience working with technical drawings, schematics and test procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed electronic assembly, testing, troubleshooting, and repair of complex aerospace electronic systems and components.
• Interpret and work from engineering drawings, schematics, and technical documentation to ensure accurate and efficient execution of tasks.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to identify and resolve technical issues, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
