Job summary

A leading aerospace manufacturer is seeking an experienced Electrical Sustainment Engineer to maintain and support aerospace electrical products throughout their lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in electrical design and strong troubleshooting skills. Responsibilities include resolving production issues, implementing engineering changes, and ensuring compliance with aerospace standards. This role requires a proactive and collaborative mindset to work with cross-functional teams and provide technical support.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in electrical/electronic design or product support.
• Experience with aerospace quality practices like AS9100.
• Ability to perform structured root cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and support certified aerospace electrical products.
• Resolve production and in-service issues.
• Implement electrical Engineering Change Requests.

Skills

Troubleshooting skills for PCBAs

Strong written and verbal communication

Strong analytical and problem-solving

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering

Tools

ECAD tools (e.g., Altium, OrCAD)

Lab equipment (e.g., oscilloscopes, DMMs)
