Job summary

TEL Staffing & HR is seeking an engineer to assist with planning, coordination, and performance of design, analysis and liaison engineering in support of Gulfstream products and services.

The role involves contributing to planning and coordinating engineering projects, providing specialist technical assistance, and applying advanced techniques to solve challenging problems. You will work with limited supervision and liaise with external representatives to meet objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field required or equivalent experience.
• 5 years in a specific technical discipline or 10 years broad engineering experience with Bachelor's.
• Advanced degree in engineering related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contributes to planning, developing and coordinating engineering projects.
• Provides specialized technical assistance to team members.
• Uses advanced techniques and modified extension of theories to provide technical solutions.
• Determines and develops own approach to solutions within schedule and cost objectives.
• Works under limited supervision; work reviewed for accuracy and consistency with objectives.
• Acts as liaison with representatives outside of the assigned group/area.
• Improves daily processes and ensures work meets customer requirements.
• Keeps knowledge current to recommend innovations to improve product quality and effectiveness.
