Job summary

Creative Solutions Services, LLC seeks a Senior Aerospace Cybersecurity Engineer (Hardware) to lead cybersecurity for aerospace and defense programs in the Pittsburgh area. You will drive threat modeling, security assessments and secure development support across embedded systems and aircraft platforms.

Candidates should have 8+ years in cybersecurity engineering, 3+ years in aerospace security, and strong expertise in hardware security, cryptography, SDLC, and compliance to DO-326A/ED-202A,

Qualifications

• 8+ years of cybersecurity engineering experience in aerospace or similar field.
• 3+ years focused on aerospace cybersecurity and hardware security concepts.
• Experience with threat modeling, risk assessments, and secure architecture reviews.

Responsibilities

• Lead cybersecurity activities for aerospace and avionics programs.
• Perform threat modeling, risk assessments, and security reviews.
• Support secure development, code signing, cryptography, and secure boot.
• Conduct cybersecurity testing, vulnerability assessments, and pen testing.
• Define measures for embedded systems, controllers, and aircraft platforms.
• Ensure compliance with aerospace and federal cybersecurity requirements.
• Interface with customers, contractors, and internal teams; assist proposals.
• Support lab testing and on-site assessments as needed.
