Job summary

Pall Corporation, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a Buyer III for an onsite role in New Port Richey, FL. You will manage end-to-end procurement, develop supplier strategies, and drive cost reductions while aligning with ITAR/EAR and aerospace standards.

This position requires coordinating with engineering, quality, and operations, mentoring colleagues, and ensuring continuity of supply for critical programs. Travel ~10% domestically, and U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Operations, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or Business Management with 3 years of procurement experience, or a GED plus 5 years.
• Strong supplier negotiations and contract management experience.
• Familiarity with SAP ERP and aerospace materials.
• Understanding of ITAR/EAR regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement lifecycle: RFQ, bid analysis, negotiation, award, and contract management.
• Develop and execute commodity and supplier strategies to optimize cost, quality, and delivery performance.
• Ensure compliance with aerospace regulations, including ITAR/EAR, FAA, and AS9100 standards, with cross-functional collaboration.
• Drive cost reduction initiatives (VA/VE, should-cost analysis, long-term agreements).
• Support inventory optimization and continuity of supply for critical aerospace programs.
