Franklin Templeton Investments is hiring for a Senior Advisor Consultant, Edward Jones, to serve the Edward Jones broker/dealer community across designated US regions. You will collaborate with Financial Advisors to grow assets, deliver strategic solutions, and align priorities to enhance client outcomes within the Edward Jones ecosystem.
Role requires 5–7 years of sales experience, Series 7 and 63, and willingness to relocate to the territory.

The Senior Advisor Consultant, Edward Jones will specifically serve the Edward Jones broker/dealer community across a specified region. This individual will be critical in aligning strategic priorities to make Edward Jones FAs in their community successful, enhance client outcomes, and grow mutually beneficial partnerships.
Candidates must be willing to relocate to the designated hiring location for their assigned region.
Maximizes internal networks and external centers of influence to deepen and enhance relationships with clients via investment advice, communication, and expert/seasoned knowledge of FT products, services, and the market/industry.
Tailors best practice ideas, education, and consultation on appropriate solutions to strengthen and expand client relationships.
Advises and positions FT products and respectfully applies knowledge of competitor products in order to meet client’s needs.
Draws upon FT’s portfolio managers’ perspectives and product details to recommend appropriate solutions to meet client’s needs and increase market share.
Leads and directs sales efforts with internal partners to achieve sales targets. Maintains and grows partnership and teamwork with internal resources through collaboration and mentoring.

There are several factors taken into consideration in making compensation decisions including but not limited to location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. At Franklin Templeton, we apply a total reward philosophy where all aspects of compensation and benefits are taken into consideration in determining compensation.
We expect the salary for this position to be $125,000. #LI-Remote
