Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Chicago is seeking an Advisor Concierge for the JPMorgan Advisors division to deliver white-glove service to financial advisors and act as the single point of contact across JPMA products and services.

You will collaborate with Investments, Banking, Lending and Wealth Planning specialists, troubleshoot issues, and partner with local branch leadership to enhance the advisor experience and drive practical solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years in wealth management/financial services.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as a key single point of contact to advisors and respond to daily requests and suggestions for improving JPMA Advisor experience.
• Learn roles and product sets supported by JPMA product specialists to deliver accurate detail when responding to advisor inquiries.
• Collaborate with specialists and stakeholders to deliver exceptional advisor experience.
• Develop strong partnership with local branch leadership.
• Develop strong partnership with others in the Concierge role in JPMA branches to share best practices, learnings, and peer support network.
• Understand key technology, branch operations, and account opening pain points.
• Track advisor questions, resolve/escalate issues, and help prioritize long-term solutions based on advisor feedback.
