Job summary

OXY, Inc. seeks a senior leader to bridge data trust, quality, and AI product development. This role balances driving enterprise data quality initiatives with building AI-powered products, copilots, and intelligent workflows that deliver measurable business value.

You will partner with data owners and business teams, define KPIs, implement governance, and guide GenAI solutions from prototype to production while ensuring security and governance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Data Management, Data Engineering, Data Governance, AI Development, or Product Engineering.
• Strong expertise in SQL, Python, and cloud-native development.
• Hands-on experience with Databricks & AWS.
• Experience with LLMs, RAG, vector databases, or enterprise AI platforms.
• Understanding of data quality, governance, metadata, and protection.
• Experience delivering products from concept through deployment and adoption.
• Ability to work with business stakeholders to identify opportunities and build solutions quickly.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and development platforms like Azure DevOps or GitHub.
• Experience deploying AI apps in AWS/Azure.
• Knowledge of MLOps, monitoring, and telemetry.
• Experience logging and analytics for AI apps.
• Security, authentication, authorization, and enterprise architecture knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise data quality measurement, KPIs, scorecards, and executive dashboards.
• Drive data classification, protection, governance, and lineage initiatives.
• Design, build, and deploy AI-powered applications, copilots, and agents.
• Partner with business teams to identify AI opportunities and deliver MVPs.
• Integrate enterprise data sources into AI apps while ensuring governance and security.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and drive enterprise innovation.
• Translate business challenges into scalable AI products and solutions.
