You will design, implement, and maintain QA processes, drive continuous improvement, and ensure compliance with customer and regulatory requirements. Formación

• 5+ years quality engineering with a Bachelor’s degree OR 3+ years with a Master’s degree
• 3+ years experience in QA, QC, supplier or product quality initiatives
• 3+ years root cause analysis and corrective actions
• 2+ years audits, inspections or compliance assessments
• 2+ years using quality measurement, inspection, testing and validation tools

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement quality plans based on customer requirements and internal standards
• Monitor manufacturing, assembly and test activities for compliance
• Lead root cause investigations, corrective actions and continuous improvement
• Support engineering change, deviation and configuration management
• Conduct audits, process surveillance and compliance assessments
• Analyze quality metrics and trends to identify improvements
• Partner with suppliers and program teams to improve quality and performance
