Job summary

Reddit is seeking an experienced Ads Policy Lead to drive the research and development of large-scale advertising policies across the platform. This senior contributor role partners with Legal, Sales, Operations, Product, and Trust & Safety Policy to enable responsible business growth globally.

You will own policy drafting, risk assessments, and policy maintenance, while serving as a top advisor on complex policy escalations.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to own complex policy projects from research to rollout.
• Strong experience in tech/digital platforms advertising/trust and safety.
• Excellent written and verbal communication translating policy into business terms.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead development, drafting, and maintenance of strategic advertising policies for US and international markets.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to embed guardrails during early-stage development.
• Draft risk assessments and strategic policy recommendations for senior leaders.
• Serve as a senior peer leader and decision-maker on complex policy escalations.
