Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT experience.

• Expertise in Workfront workflows, forms, templates, approvals, reports and dashboards.
• Experience with Workfront Fusion and API-based integrations.
• Strong gathering of requirements and stakeholder collaboration.
• Excellent communication, analysis and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure and implement Adobe Workfront solutions based on business needs.
• Configure projects, programs, portfolios, workflows, templates, forms and approvals.
• Manage users, teams, access levels and organizational structures.
• Develop and optimize Workfront workflows and business processes.
• Gather requirements and translate into scalable Workfront solutions.
• Configure dashboards, reports and BI views.
• Support integrations with enterprise apps using APIs and integration platforms.
• Troubleshoot configuration, workflow and performance issues.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners and technical teams.
• Provide documentation and best practices for Workfront implementations.
• Support deployments, enhancements, testing and ongoing optimization.
