EY is seeking a Senior Adobe CJA Developer Consultant to join our Marketing Transformation team. You will design, develop, and implement analytics solutions using Adobe Customer Journey Analytics to drive customer insights and optimize marketing performance.

Ideal candidates bring strong data visualization skills, experience with SQL/Python/R, and a track record in marketing analytics. Travel to client sites may be required as part of delivering projects and mentoring junior team members.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree).
• Typically, 2–4 years of relevant analytics experience.
• Proven Adobe CJA experience or similar analytics platforms.
• Strong data visualization knowledge and tools.
• Experience in marketing analytics and customer experience.
• Proficient in Adobe CJA configuration and implementation.
• Familiar with SQL, Python, R and Tableau/Power BI.
• Willingness to travel to meet clients.

Responsibilities

• Design analytics solutions using Adobe CJA to reveal marketing insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements.
• Implement data collection strategies and ensure data integrity.
• Create dashboards and reports for stakeholders.
• Lead delivery from initiation to completion and mentor juniors.
