University Of Nebraska Medical Center seeks an experienced administrator to oversee the Oncology/Hematology Division's fiscal and administrative affairs. You will coordinate budgets, personnel, and compliance across UNMC, Nebraska Medicine, and VA, partnering with the Division Chief for planning and policy development.

The role requires strong financial acumen, communication, and collaboration across multiple organizations to achieve clinical and research goals within the department.

Qualifications

• General understanding of business and financial concepts applied to health care administration.
• Progressive management experience with financial and personnel management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to interpret contracts and regulatory requirements.
• Experience collaborating across multiple organizations and clinical/education settings.
• Knowledge of modern health care administration and outpatient service management.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate the division's business affairs and manage non-faculty personnel.
• Collaborate with the Division Chief on long-range planning and development.
• Work with UNMC, Nebraska Medicine, and the VA on financial and clinical matters.
• Ensure adherence to policies and internal controls within the department.
