The University of New Hampshire, Manchester campus, is seeking an experienced administrative professional to support the Dean’s Office and Academic Affairs. This role serves as a key resource for academic leadership, chairs, faculty, and the college community.
Responsibilities include coordinating academic processes, supporting faculty affairs, onboarding, meetings, events, reports, and data analytics. The position also ensures smooth daily operations and acts as a primary point of contact.
This position provides comprehensive administrative support for the Dean’s Office and Academic Affairs functions at UNH Manchester, serving as a key resource for academic leadership, department chairs, faculty, and the broader college community. Responsibilities include coordinating academic processes and recurring activities; supporting faculty affairs, promotion and tenure, adjunct faculty, evaluations, accreditation and program reviews; preparing reports and materials; coordinating meetings, events, communications, and special projects; and providing administrative support to academic departments. The position also supports the effective daily operation of the Dean’s Office, including serving as a primary point of contact, assisting with onboarding and campus events, and working closely with the Administrative Services Manager to ensure responsive and well-coordinated administrative services across the college.
Bachelors degree and 3-5 years of experience.
Pay Range: $17.57 - $28.96. The pay range for this position is listed above. Actual offer will be based on skills, qualifications, experience, and internal equity, in addition to relevant business considerations.
