Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of administrative experience; experience at a professional services firm preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Teams, and Excel, with the ability to learn and adapt to new software systems and office technology.
  • Demonstrate initiative and customer-service orientation.
  • Ability to work independently with attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of clients and associates.
  • Ability to plan, prioritize, and organize work effectively while balancing multiple tasks, meeting deadlines, and working under pressure.

The estimated base pay range for this role is $21.00-28.00 / hour, with offers typically not made at the maximum, allowing for future salary increases. The actual salary at the time of offer depends on business related factors like location, skills, experience, training/education, licensure, certifications, business needs, current associate pay, and relevant employment laws.


Individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, subject to participation rules and based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual and Firm performance.
