The role focuses on financial performance reporting, forecasting, business support, and competitive performance, partnering with leaders, asset teams, Operations, Delivery Leads, Audit, and other Finance stakeholders to integrate actuals, plan, and competition into decisions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years Finance/FP&A or industry experience
• Advanced proficiency in digital tools and technologies
• Proficiency in ERP systems, including SAP
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or another similar discipline

Responsibilities

• Lead financial performance analysis, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Evaluate key performance drivers and profitability trends.
• Develop strategic analyses and recommendations to inform leadership decisions.
