Qualifications

• Licensure or certifications as social worker, counselor, therapist, or addiction counselor per state agency.

Responsibilities

• Conduct client assessments to identify history, current presentation, and treatment needs.
• Lead group, individual, or family sessions using evidence-based modalities.
• Document treatment plans, progress, crisis interventions, and aftercare planning.
• Coordinate with insurance carriers and referrals; provide client and family education.
