Job summary

Nex Automotive, a Kniesel’s Co. unit in Woodland, CA, seeks an experienced ADAS Technician to perform vehicle scans and required calibrations on-site. You’ll work closely with collision center staff to ensure accurate documentation and compliant reporting of scan data.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of automotive systems and diagnostics.
• Ability to read manufacturer service information.
• Willingness to learn ADAS calibration requirements.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre- and post-repair diagnostic scans on vehicles using aftermarket and OEM scan tools.
• Read and learn from manufacturer service information to understand system requirements and calibrations.
• Accurately document scan results and upload findings to the repair order.
• Perform ADAS calibration procedures according to manufacturer guidelines.
• Perform dynamic calibrations and drive tests as required.
• Transport customer vehicles to other locations for additional repair services as needed.
• Initiate repair orders and estimates based on scan results and vehicle data.
• Maintain organization of scan and ADAS equipment in the work area.
