Job summary

General Motors is seeking an ADAS/AV Platform Senior Integration and QA Engineer to define, implement and optimize system testing for the ADAS platform. You will drive KBTs, milestone tests and automated validation, lead complex testing tasks, and mentor junior engineers.

Applicants should have strong C/C++, embedded systems experience, and familiarity with HIL environments. This hybrid role may include travel and relocation benefits in some cases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree or equivalent in a relevant engineering field.
• 5+ years in software development, integration or testing.
• C/C++ with bash and Python experience, Windows batch scripting.
• Safety-critical embedded control system integration and testing in HIL environments.
• Strong analytical problem-solving and ownership mindset.

Responsibilities

• Deliver integrated hardware, software & calibration across development, production and service.
• Support KBTs and milestone tests, manually and automated.
• Lead activities, mentor teammates in testing, automation and issue resolution.
• Verify control module functionality on bench and in vehicle (perception, control, mapping).
• Develop test protocols and scripts for hardware/software validation.
• Advance new test features, processes, and methodologies.
• Collaborate with multiple agile teams to deliver end-to-end products.
• Support PRTS and GIMs; participate in development trips and fleet testing.
