Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in actuarial science, mathematics, statistics, or related field.
• Five years of experience in an actuarial role and three years in health care.
• ASA licensure/certification.
• Equivalent education/experience may be substituted.
• Ability to meet attendance and timeliness requirements.
• Able to work in a team and build positive relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead actuarial analyses related to pricing trends and network factors.
• Oversee Medicare Advantage IBNR, statements, risk adjustment analyses.
• Support the bid process and corporate reinsurance programs.
• Provide VBC trend insights and analytics.
• Coach and lead the Actuarial Services department workflows.
• Prepare and present reports to management.
• Represent actuarial perspectives on cross-functional teams.
