You will consult on pricing strategies, lead initiatives, monitor profitability, and present findings to senior management, with a hybrid work arrangement at CNA offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
• Typically 10+ years of related work experience.
• Fellowship accreditation (FCAS) is typical or required.

Responsibilities

• Provide actuarial guidance and insights for Large Casualty pricing.
• Influence pricing strategy through analytics with cross‑functional partners.
• Develop and implement pricing strategies for Large Casualty; drive innovation via thought leadership.
• Monitor profitability and trends for Large Casualty; report findings with recommendations.
• Develop actuarial policies and business goals with senior leadership; evaluate performance.
• Stay up to date with actuarial trends to guide line of business decisions.
• Produce technical analyses and presentations for senior management.
