Qualifications

• Master's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related quantitative discipline.

• At least 10 years of progressive actuarial experience, with 5+ years in a management/leadership role within insurance.
• Experience in life or general insurance actuarial functions including pricing, reserving, capital modeling, IFRS 17.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder influence, and communication skills.
