You will prepare rate filings, support actuarial communications, and contribute to continuous improvement in pricing processes;

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Actuarial science, Statistics, Analytics or related field.
• 2 years actuarial pricing experience or 4+ years actuarial pricing experience.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, R, SAS and VBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete pricing and rate analysis as assigned.
• Perform peer reviews and review Analyst work for quality.
• Prepare actuarial portions of rate filings and respond to questions from insurance departments.
• Produce special projects as requested by the business.
• Modify and write code to manipulate/query data with minimal supervision.
• Assist in training others on pricing and rate analysis.
