Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 4 Casualty Actuarial Society (CAS) exams.
• Minimum 3 years of related experience.
• Experience in commercial lines pricing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides complex analyses and participates in process development to support company objectives.
• Provides analyses in pricing, reserving, analytics, and systems integration.
• Identifies issues, weighs results, and suggests mitigation strategies.
• Builds and enhances pricing framework and modeling capabilities.
• Manages multiple core processes within the department.
• Completes assigned projects on time and within scope.
• Mentors junior team members and promotes predictive analytics.
