Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred aptitude for arts and crafts or related training.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of liability insurance required.
• Reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, coordinate, and implement activities for patients and residents.
• Assist with transporting, setting up, and preparing materials for activities inside and outside the facility.
• Conduct one-on-one activity therapy to offer sensory stimulation and group activities to support progress.
